Cancellation Policy
Vibin' Skin Spa (or any appointments at Serendipity businesses) must be reserved with a credit card number, or the number of a gift card, if applicable. Your card will not be charged prior to your arrival unless you fail to arrive for your spa service(s) without cancelling 24 hours prior, in which case a 40% deposit will be acquired from your card.
I understand that things come up. If you must cancel within 24 hours, please reach out to me and we will discuss options.
